Graham Butler has over 35 years’ industry experience in major rail operations across Australia holding senior executive roles with, Pacific National, Skilled Group and Westrail. Graham holds numerous rail operation and vocational management qualifications initially graduating from Deakin University and more recently studying internationally at London Business School completing the Senior Executive Programme.
In early 2012, Graham became a graduate of the Australian Institute of Company Directors (GAICD).
Graham has extensive technical knowledge and experience in Australian Rail Operations. Graham’s expertise extends into creating bespoke training pathways, developing culturally diverse workforces, and building additional workforce flexibility to increase productivity.
Over the years Graham has developed extensive rail support networks to assist clients best implement Greenfield and Brownfield projects from pre-feasibility, feasibility, commissioning, steady state and eventually to project close out.
Graham is a committed leader in Safety. He is President of The Work Health & Safety Foundation (WHS Foundation) previously known as IFAP which was founded in 1972 as Western Australia’s only not-for-profit occupational safety and health provider.
WHS Foundation’s mission is to advocate, educate and facilitate the enablement of safe and healthy work.
